All quilts must have a label with name of person(s) who worked on the quilt and name of owner of the quilt, stitched to the lower back edge of quilt.
All quilts must have a sleeve of 4 inches sewn to the top back of the quilt. Pinned sleeves will not be accepted. Quilts in the miniature category do not need a sleeve.
When turning in your quilts, please have them folded with label facing out. When picking up your quilts, you must present the ticket you received when turning in your quilt.
Presale of Quilt Show tickets – These are for the members who are working the show and their guests.
In the event of not enough space, we may have to limit the number of quilts a person may enter. So on the forms, please rank the quilts that you want to show, number 1 being the one that you want the most.
