1. Dues are $30 annually, beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

2. All renewals will be the full amount regardless of the month in which one renews. New members joining between January 1 and June 30 will pay the full amount.  After July 1, new members will pay half-dues.

3. Prospective members may attend two guild meetings as a guest before joining the guild.

4. Members who do not pay their dues by January 1 will be dropped from the membership list and will not receive the newsletter.

5. Senior memberships will be available to guild members 75 years of age who have been active guild members for 5 years or more at one-half the cost of the regular dues ($15.00).

6. Guild members who are at least 85 years old and a member of the guild for at least 10 years will be given a free membership.

7. Children who are family members of a guild member will be given a free membership, if requested, if under age 18 and of an age to participate as a quilter.  They must be accompanied to the meetings by an adult member of the guild.

8. All members in good standing shall be voting members of the corporation.

9. A "member in good standing" is defined as a member who is current on all financial obligations to the guild.  Obligations are not current if more than 30 days past due.  Upon a member satisfying all past due obligations, they shall become a member in good standing.

10. Charter members do not pay dues and are added to the membership roster annually.
